Qt Dicom Volume Loader

A Dicom volume loader is contained in the dicombase.cpp module. To load a Dicom volume the module needs to perform a variety of steps as described here. For the moment we skip those details, since it is more convenient to use ITK for that purpose as described in the next chapter.
